Davine Mayes (born April 25, 2001), known professionally as Dayystar, is a singer-songwriter. He was born in Syracuse, New York. He was raised in South River, New Jersey. He was brought up in music. He started out singing in the church choir at the age of 9, then joined his high school band as a drummer boy. He started to pursue his own career in music in 2017 at 16 years old, with just a microphone and laptop.
He has since released his #1 song, “Without You,” in 2021. He has followed up with his new ep that dropped on September 15, 2023, named “Heartbreaks & Fairytales.” Dayystar likes to perform live gigs along with beating the online space on Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, etc. You can now listen to “Heartbreaks & Fairytales” on all platforms.
