J Menace is just a kid (at heart) with a dream. From all around Chicago but mainly Englewood. He’s an artist, father, and businessman. His name is a combination of his real name (Jamyn) and the nickname he was given growing up in Englewood, Menace. Started rapping on instrumentals for fun when the J was 10. It was his time in the shelters he stayed in. By 8th grade, the artist made his 1st song. The reaction to it was crazy. He has been hooked ever since. The fame didn’t come until last year. After J dropped the 2nd album “A Night To Purge”. It did over 600,000 streams in 8 months. Definitely was a game-changer.
J Menace wants to separate himself as an artist. He has a unique “bop” and style to his music. Mainstream mixed with trap mixed with poetry. He stays in his bag. Nothing is better than his live performance where the artist blackouts, does himself, and the entire place vibes.
